4 April, 2026A Brief Discussion on the Configuration of UHP Spraying Bar&UHP Water-blaster Nozzles Layout and Operations
Recently,we have several customers who have encountered problems with the 2800bar Pressure Water Jet blasting UHP Water-Blaster Cleaning Disc Nozzles Layout and configuration.
The customer UHP Hydro-Jetting Rubber removal equipment merely focus too much on the UHP water-Jetting Cleaning width, but their UHP pressure hydro-jet 3000Bar triplex plunger pump not match the high-pressure pump Flow rate, or issues related to modifying the rotating body of the nozzle.
Many of these customers blindly pursue large cleaning areas and inefficient matching situations. We would like to share our humble opinions.
In high-pressure cleaning operations, especially in high-pressure cleaning discs or the UHP Water-Blaster Spraying Bar, Like Hammelmann Spraying Bar, UHP Hydro-Jetting Operators are necessary to consider the pressure and flow supply of UHP triplex plunger pump itself.Simply pursuing a wide cleaning width is meaningless.
The following figure shows the cleaning trajectory left by slow cleaning. If the UHP Water-Jetting Surface And Rubber Removal operator solely pursues a wide cleaning width without the support of UHP pressure Rate and flow, the cleaning trajectory will not be clean and the cleaning effect will not be achieved.
Furthermore, the ultra high pressure water blast nozzle and Spraying Bar and Disc average layout and design must follow a reasonable high-pressure algorithm. The spacing between the 40kpsi water–jet nozzles should not be uniform, as this is aimed at achieving the best cleaning effect at different angles and under maximum pressure.
